Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We utilize UPS for shipping our products to you. Most orders are shipped within one business day. Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the items ordered. You can view shipping charges at any time by adding items to your cart and then viewing your cart contents. Each delivery option is listed along with the cost. You do not need to log in to view shipping charges. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Returns Policy: Products must be returned within 30 days. There is a 10% restocking fee on all unused product. If you have purchased a product from one of our dealers you must contact them to process your return. Return Process: Please call our shipping department at 770-427-4203 to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. If the product is approved for return, an RMA number will be issued at that time. Please ship the item (at your expense) to the address provided by our shipping department. The RMA number must be referenced on the package or the package will be refused. When we receive the item, it will be tested and evaluated for credit. All returned items must be packaged in original packaging. If items received are unfit for testing no credit will be issued and items will be discarded.
